Take one spaghetti squash, cut in half, remove seeds and place on baking sheet.
Rub a little bit of oil or butter on the open areas.
Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes-1hr.
It'll be done when you drag a fork across it and the squash 'peels' off and looks like spaghetti.
Scoop out the flesh onto plates and top with your favorite sauce.
